The owner has spared no expense in remodeling this unit, with new cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances your family will be delighted to prepare home cooked meals in this fully stocked kitchen while enjoying breathtaking views of the Mountains from the oversized picture window. The kitchen opens up to the kitchen nook with seating for four and a large window and sliding glass door which allows gorgeous views while enjoying your dinner. For eloquent dining, you can enjoy meals in the dining room which has seating for eight. Enjoy relaxing after dinner in the living room with plenty of seating for your guests. Best view of mountains, and was well appointed. Had a couple of problems with streaming set up and grill, but these were addressed almost immediately with outstanding service staff. Quiet location and convenient to all courses; view sets this place apart.

Great stay on Palmer's PGA West course. Everything you could ask for in a relaxing weekend. Plenty of space. Quiet. Beautiful backyard view of mountains. So close that you'll most likely wake up to mountain goats in the backyard!

We had a great stay. The home was well equipped, clean when we arrived and the Royale staff was terrific when we needed assistance such as when we needed a tank refill for the gas firetable. Overall, we had a great stay!

Good experience for first time, good views, good neighbors, villa was good for guests and entertaining. Needed carpet spots cleaned, patio doors were very dirty upon arrival which took away from the awesome views, which I cleaned prior to guests arriving, window in bar area lock needed attention, side bar window seal broken and wind blew in dirt and debris, shower door leaked water underneath out to main part of bath, walls in two guest bathrooms toilet area needed washed (which I did), as it looked like someone had been sick on the walls, broken blinds in master bedroom and larger guest room at patio doors which I noted to management and outside grill did not work. Management was awesome and responded to bug issue immediately and also fixed a shower head issue in guest bath. Overall it was awesome and would love to rent the villa again.

Thank you for your feedback, we will look into each issue to get it rectified as well as have a talk with our cleaning team. We wish you would have given us a call - we would have sent the cleaning team right away to do a better job, we would never want our guests to clean upon their arrival. This rental was a wonderful escape for our family of 5 to the La Quinta area. The home was exactly as described with ample room to enjoy the golf course and mountain views. The fully stocked kitchen made meal prep and entertaining a breeze. The proximity to two pools was super convenient and we will definitely try to get back next year.
