This was a perfect retreat for our multigenerational spring break. We spent most of our time outside. The pools were clean and serviced mid week. Since it was March, we paid the additional $50/day for heat. We appreciated the flexibility of early/late checkin/out. My daughter has stayed in over 8 PS rentals and declared this as being one of best.

Overall we had a great time at this rental. The home and backyard are spacious. We grilled, we cooked, we napped. There was a known issue with the pool equipment, which I wish I was notified about ahead of time instead of calling the emergency number.

It was great from booking to staying to checking out. Loved the house well equipped with everything so you don’t have to leave. It was clean too. The rental company is so easy to work with. They are timely in answering questions and willing to accommodate to make your stay that much more enjoyable. They even answer questions or concerns after hours during your stay. The house is perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Thanks for making this family vacation a stress free fun getaway.

This home is gorgeous! The pool, hot tub and patio area were very inviting. The house is spacious, bedrooms were comfy, kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware and it was nice to have the 3 car garage. Easy access to Indian Wells and shopping. Will stay again.

There were many positives--the house is spacious , was quiet, has a welcoming backyard space. There were many issues for maintenance, however, Multiple outlets were dead, the spa was cold, one king bed slopes up from head to foot, shower drain in main bath does not drain, inadequate plunger (we replaced it).

What a beautiful property! I am very picky when it comes to vacation rentals... this house was perfection! It's located in a gated community that is very quiet and feels very safe. The house itself has plenty of rooms for everyone, and was very clean and well stocked. The pool, hot tub, firepit and backyard were fabulous!

We rented the house for a girls weekend, and it was perfect. Everyone got their own room with minimal bathroom sharing.

We had to call the property manager a few times (ran out of toilet paper, couldn't figure out the pool heating) and they were incredibly responsive. I was impressed!

I would absolutely come back again!

I rented this house for my husbands 50th for a guys weekend and it was perfect. They sat outside and watched football and grilled steaks. Everyone said it was a great find!

Absolutely loved this rental! So peaceful! We will definitely be booking here again. The house was spacious & clean. Located near Walmart, Costco & Dutch bros! Perfect getaway only thing was we didn’t know how to turn on the fire pit but it was 100+ degrees so it wasn’t too much of an issue

Had a great time at this location for a girls week trip that is chill and low key with a couple excursions into Palm Springs. The pool area is absolutely amazing.

Overall, this is a great rental. The firepit, pool and outdoor area are fantastic. We spent almost all of our time outside. House was pretty clean, considering it seems to be rented all the time. It isn't "fully stocked" with cooking items and we ran out of trash bags before departure. Also, only 2 of the rooms have en-suite bathrooms, which was a little disappointing. But overall, nice place. The speakers in the house don't work (or aren't hooked up, so if you want music - bring your own device.) I have rented with Royale several times and they are a great company - I recommend.

The property was easy to find, easy access, clean, comfortable and roomy - great place to stay. Firepit/spa nice - great ambiance. Unit had extra pillows/blankets. No complaints really except the property did not have 4.5 or 5 bathrooms as listed. It had 4 total (2 full and 2 3/4 bathrooms - locations: one in master, one in a bedroom, one near the garage entrance, one in the hallway near bedrooms. The stove would not light unless you used a lighter and we could not find the ping pong table. Overall a very nice home to spend your getaway.

Beautiful house, very spacious. Nice kitchen eatting area. Back yard is lovely. Management company was kind enough to heat pool and the spa was relaxing.

My family and I enjoyed our 2 night stay! The house is very nice!

Everything was great except the coffee machine wasn't working so I had to pick up a new one from the management office.

Overall we had a fantastic experience. If there was a lock on the master bedroom it would have been a 5 star! It was our own fault for not taking photos, but we got dinged for a stain that was already on the carpet, but not a problem, just recommending taking your own photos upon arrival. There were parties next door every night, but we felt completely private and had an excellent time! We will request to stay again.

Very clean property with all the necessities for a great vacation.

This property was just how it was described and looked. SUPER great floor plan. Huge living space and the bedrooms were located in the back. VERY compfortable, and all appliances and TV's worked. The property mgmt. team were awesome. We had a problem with the spa, so they sent someone out and got it fixed. I highly recommend this home.

The home is gorgeous. Very nice open concept kitchen and living space. Large and luxurious master suite. Heat and other controls for pool and spa worked well. No quirks or issues with television, wifi or kitchen equipment. Easy to understand and fair house rules and checkout instructions. Beautiful gated community. Not much more you could ask for. Our group had a great time and would definitely recommend the Montage to anybody looking for a fun weekend in the desert.
