PGA West - LQ110

We meet friends in the desert every year and we love the La Quinta area. This condo was conveniently located and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the view from the deck. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well-equipped.

Great place , clean. Had to call service twice due to the smoke alarm going off, but managment was good at responding, though.
One last comment-I couldnt believe, NO WINE GLASSES! Honestly, no wine glasses in a vacation rental?

You can’t beat the location in La Quinta! Though our unit was spotlessly clean, there were some maintenance issues with the condo. The plug to the tub was broken, and the glass shower door was off it’s tracks, maki g it difficult to enter/exit the shower. The ice machine was also frozen shut and no ice would dispense.

Our 3 bedroom condo was very nice and had a great view on the deck. Very close to many golf course and Restaurant

Overall, a clean unit in a great location. A few tweaks would make it much better: Ice maker did not function, Roku did not include local channels (Spectrum required a sign-in which we don't have), and many cable channels are not available (This should be revised to include cable or satellite). Lastly, the master commode room is very musty, with a slight musty smell throughout the unit. This could be corrected, perhaps by not turning the a/c off between rentals. Would recommend the unit with these items corrected.

We had the best experience at this rental. The view was gorgeous, condo was clean and supplied with anything we might need, and communication with the property management company was timely.

We had a wonderful time at PGA West. The property was conveniently located with a beautiful view. The layout was nice with two separate sleeping areas. The kitchen was well-stocked. While the property had been cleaned, the floors could have certainly used more attention.

Great location, nice patio view, but all living space is upstairs So not good for people with some restrictive motion.

House could use less furniture and accents. Master bedroom is very small with too large if a bed frame.

We enjoyed our nice condo on the water for a few days away from the city. Plenty of room for two couples and great neighborhood to walk around and explore.
